The apartment at Les Appartements de Mae was so cozy and comfortable. I loved the private entrance and how well-equipped the kitchen was. The flat-screen TV and safety deposit box were great additions too. it felt like a true home away from home for our group of friends.
Personally, I found the electric kettle a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Small with poor layout. Difficult to cook due to poor kitchen with poor equipment.

The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the action with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, being above the P1 public parking made it super convenient for us. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the free wi-fi in the rooms and the well-equipped kitchenette. The cherry on top was the lift, which made it easy to get around with all our luggage. The express check-in/-out was a game-changer, saving us so much time. The ski equipment hire was a bonus, as we didn't have to worry about bringing our own. Plus, having the ski school and ski pass vendor on-site made everything seamless. The ski storage and ski to door access were jaw-dropping features that made hitting the slopes a breeze. The fitness centre and table tennis were great for staying active, and we loved the billiard tables for a fun evening activity. The available outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, fishing, diving, and bowling gave us plenty of options to explore the area. The squash court was an unexpected find for us sports enthusiasts. The yoga classes were super relaxing, and we even indulged in some spa treatments, including a heavenly massage and a session in the Turkish bath. The kids' play area and kids club were perfect for families with little ones. The playpen and cots provided were a thoughtful touch. The board games added a fun element to our stay, and the babysitting/child services were a great convenience for parents needing a break. The seasonal indoor and heated swimming pools were a hit, and the infinity pool had breathtaking views. The luggage storage and locker room were super handy, allowing us to make the most of our last day. We appreciated the no-pets policy, ensuring a comfortable and allergy-free environment. The 24-hour security gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. And lastly, the no smoking policy on-site was a breath of fresh air. our experience was nothing short of amazing.

During my recent stay at Les Appartements De Mae in Val Thorens, I found two features of the hotel that were quite convenient. as a frequent traveler, I often look for hotels that are close to the airport. Les Appartements De Mae is located just 123 km from the nearest airport, making it a perfect choice for a transit stay during my travels. the provided database mentioned that the hotel is suitable for short stays, which aligns perfectly with my needs.
Although my stay at Les Appartements De Mae was satisfactory overall, I did notice one minor drawback mentioned in the database. It stated that the kitchen in the apartments had poor equipment, such as a worn-out frying pan, no cutting board, and very bad knives.
